Well, the labor shortage in Gillette is continuing to get worse. The minimum wage places are impacted the most because of all the good, high paying jobs. By the way, being a probation officer is NOT included in that high paying job market.
Anyhow.....Wednesday night I get done with work at about 8:20 p.m. I had no groveries at home and decided to hit the Taco Bell drive thru for some nachos. Only one problem. They were already closed. Yes, the same place that is suppsoed to be open until the wee hours of the morning to cater to the drunk and hungry crowd was already closed because they had no one to work. That is truly pathetic.
You can now make over $9.00 an hour working fast food. That explains why the stupid combo meals anywhere you go now costs about $6.00. Apparently, Arby's is paying $9.50 an hour right now. A new Taco Johns is being built and to attract new employees, they are going to dish out $10.0- an hour. Wow!
